Due to emerging scientific evidence that Hexavalent Chromium (Chromium-6 or Cr6), could pose health concerns, the EPA Administrator Lisa P. Jackson committed to address this contaminate in drinking water by issuing guidance to all water systems. The EPA is delivering on that promise and has issued guidance recommending how public water systems might enhance monitoring and sampling programs specifically for Hexavalent Chromium.
The NWBOC has certified McCoy & McCoy Laboratories, Inc as a business owned and controlled by a woman. The goal of the certification program is to streamline the certification process and increase the ability of women-owned business to compete at a national level.
