AOAC-OMA Validation Study
McCoy & McCoy Laboratories, Inc. has completed its 5th AOAC-OMA validation study for a major food safety manufacturer for recovery of salmonella in peanut butter & ground beef. Our microbiology group has been hand-picked on multiple occasions by food safety technology brands with global outreach to conduct the very studies that move food safety into the next generation.
